Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we believe violate our terms. Orders ship from Canada. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days; express is 1-2 business days. Free shipping on orders over CA$150.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The Novo+ bundle is covered by a 60-day outcome-based guarantee: if you do not achieve a 5% reduction in bodyweight within 60 days, we will issue a full refund for both vials. No labs, no forms, no friction. Valid on first bundle order only.
Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your order: name, shipping address, email, and payment details. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. All data is protected under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
Limitation of Liability
Novo+ provides research compounds as-is with Certificates of Analysis confirming purity and composition. We make no claims regarding therapeutic efficacy. Novo+ is not liable for misuse of products.
